concept – labeling women
I thought a lot about this project and how to properly present the violence. I decided to go with psychological type where the women receive the comment no matter how they look or what they are doing, they will always get judged on certain point. They are never doing good enough and that’s why I though about labeling the women. With the comments that women receive they are actually judged so I decided to visually solve the labeling in the form of classical mugshot where the each women will be holding the plate with the comment or judgment they would receive. The aesthetics are resembling vintage mugshot style – plate, textures, ad hock photographs, gazing in the distance etc. For this project as well I designed and produced my own plate design.
RAWs
This project raw files are from the start good. Why? Because they fit grunge aesthetics of classical mugshot. I designed and printed the plate containing the infos, created the moodboards for clothing, hair and makeup for each individual models, which allowed me the efficency and good results in the end.
