Project is exploring a form of periodic fashion editorial during the 90’s period which was pretty characteristic and has specific vibe and mood. The important requirement of the project would be experimentation and use of the gels in studio environment to create duatone look. Controlling the background, motivating the light as well the styling and posing of the model should express the go rough mood. Exploring the he connection between forms of the portrait in the domain of fashion photography and find the correlation between period and portrait. This relationship can be explored through posing, light, set design, and materialization. Project should be focusing on desired mood and having the feel of 90’s.

90’s editorial
Idea for this fashion editorial for 90’s was derived from the fact that women wearing the suits or general masculine type of the outfits was often the case during the 90’s, which was also followed with the type of hairstyles and accessories. After I decided to go in that direction I was thinking how to make it more extensive so I started thinking about the set design that would work well with this theme and the required mood ‘Go rouge’, and after a while I realized lets use the plastics and card boards and make the set design to be aesthetically pleasing and for it to work good with the chosen model. For the gels I went with the light blue in combination with warm orange gel.
